Attend an open house or make an appointment with the
apartment manager to see the unit.

Apply for the unit by printing and filling out the
Application Form.
and the Applicant Disclosure Form.
If you have pets, also complete the Pet
Addendum.
Bring the signed, completed forms and your cashier's check
or money order for $20 (application fee) to the RPM office.
Step 3:
Sign the lease and submit your deposit at the RPM office.
